Overlooking the magnificent
views of the Rabat countryside,
the Butcher’s Grill rates as one
of the finest and more
innovative restaurants on the
island. Its menu introduces
patrons to traditional
continental dishes served with a
distinct African flair. The
recipes are uniquely African and
the spices are imported directly
from South and East Africa,
mainly from the Land of Spices
itself, Zanzibar. The kitchen
team is predominantly Tanzanian,
giving the recipes a genuine
African twist. The Butcher’s
Grill is open from Monday to
Sunday, for lunch between 12pm
and 3pm, and for dinner between
7pm and 11pm. The Grill also
welcomes bookings for special
functions and celebrations. |
